Products and Services: If you buy an Ofiso Solutions product or service and you are not satisfied with our promise of excellence, please contact us to better assist your claim. Failure to present any claim by the buyer within 5 days from date of delivery shall constitute a waiver of every such claim or claims. If you have received our products or services, please note that a finance charge of 5% will be added if past 15 days, and an increment thereof for every 10 days past. If you have paid our invoice only partially without notifying us to request an extension on the remaining payment, please note we will contact a collection agency to get the full invoice paid.
We’re not responsible for any loss or damage caused by using the Site or any linked content. By submitting User Content, you agree to cover our costs if it breaks these Terms.
Intellectual Property
Ofiso Solutions/Branding Division holds the copyright to any design, unless agreed upon otherwise in advance, this includes any artwork created or designed digitally or drawing, any portion thereof may not be reproduced including photocopying, recording, or other electronic or digital/mechanical methods, without the prior written permission of Ofiso Solutions.
We own or have permission for all copyrights, trademarks, design rights in site. These rights are protected by various laws and agreements worldwide. We reserve all rights to this Intellectual Property.
License
You can print and download parts of the website for your personal use, as long as:
a) you don’t change any documents, graphics or venue illustrations, this includes maps, diagrams or expo layouts;
